What information we collect
We only collect information you actively choose to provide. This happens in one way on this website:
- Contact form submissions — when you fill in the contact form on our website, we collect your first name, last name, email address, company name, your biggest current challenge, and any additional message you choose to share.
We do not collect any information automatically through cookies or tracking scripts. Our analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Why we collect it
The information you submit through our contact form is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Understand your business situation ahead of an initial conversation
- Follow up if appropriate
The legal basis for processing this information is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a direct enquiry you have chosen to make.
How your data is handled
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service, and forwarded directly to our email inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy can be found at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Your data is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for anything other than responding to your enquiry.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry information received by email is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the business relationship. If you become a client, relevant information will be kept for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for business record-keeping purposes.
If you would like your information deleted at any time, simply contact us at neil@mspclarity.co.uk and we will action this promptly.
